How i start martial arts

Prepare your self for exercise :-
 It is too hard to a person that have totally left from exercise for a year or never ever take any exercise or sports activity,but there is solution to prepare your self for exercise,you should start from zero but keep in mind that you have to prepare for keep daily exercise,mostly morning time is good for exercise so it is your first day for exercise you get up and just come out in lawn or your nearby park and start jogging with slowly after warm up stretch your body muscle and then start your exercise you wont have need to do exercise too much hard for 30 or 50 min it will take your only 10 minutes,now your body is warm up just relax take breath and then do push up 3 sets with each set must have 8 to 12 repetition.After this exercise take relax and take some breath you will find inner energy in your self and feel more comfortable.Then do same exercise next day in start few days it will be little harder and you feel lazy before start exercise but soon it you make it your habit to do exercise routinely.
How i start martial arts :-
When you have set mind to start martial arts the first important thing you should know that there are various styles of martial arts every master that become grand master he want to introduce his own martial arts style any how its not matter that what kind of style you are going to learn,First you have to find a good instructor a teacher who can teach you and train you in a good way.Martial is a game which you can learn more well in a school or in a club,find good martial school in your area mostly some good martial school give a free trail of learning martial arts so you can go there for a week to check their way of training and lesson then choose a best martial school for you.You see there are too many sites that offer free training or online training its just waste of time don't try to join them but you can use that sites for improve your kicks or body fitness.In school you can find many people that are doing exercise martial arts exercise are little hard and you did not perform them at home or alone but in a class every body are doing exercise and their moral never down during exercise.
Don't miss any class:-
When you start martial arts then one important thing is that be regular in you class never missed a day if you are more regular to attend exercise class then you will improve quickly and feel more comfortable and it will built your more interest.Martial arts exercise are difficult and your body want some rest on the next day your body will tired and want to relax but if you continue practicing then it will improve more stamina and built more power and perfection in your kicks.During training session never show your self lazy try to be active and keep focus your move your exercise which is workout.

Warm up before exercise

It is too much necessary to warm up your body before any kind of exercise it is too important to prevent  body muscle damage or muscle pull e.g you are going for a drive first you will start your motor engine and then slowly slowly you will increase speed of your motor,similarly when you are going to exercise first start warming up your whole body take little jumps, dips, chin up running etc to prepare your body for little hard work or exercise,if you make your body warm up then you will get more efficient result of exercise which you are doing i.e martial arts or body building.
Best warm up exercise is running exercise it increase temperature in your muscle blood also give muscle more strain more capable to workout.
Benefit of running:-
 Running is a great and even more best exercise  for whole body then other exercises, you also hear about morning walk and it's benefits.Usually the people who wants to lose weight are doing running exercise because running is best exercise to burn fat of your body and lose weight also the people who keep doing running exercise have better and more sex power also they have great erection with more timing.And the women that are keep running have more orgasms.If you have problem to in sleeping then keep running exercise it will improve your sleep and solve your sleep problems.Running exercise also improve your brain and mental power and health.As i say running is a complete exercise even though if you are running every part of your body will workout for your head to feet,running helps to make your muscles strong make your outlook smart your figure you look younger your skin will healthy and smart so keep running to having a smart and strong outlook.

Martial Arts

Martial Arts:-
There are various styles of Martial arts,Every martial arts style has his own philosophy.Martial arts is an art of self defense body fitness fighting technique defend the enemy attack. Martial Arts is different with body building you can not get result immediately it needs some time to capable your body for stamina self defense etc.When i was 8 year old i start martial arts my father take me out to a martial arts club,where Trainer was the Grand Master of martial arts he was touched up to 25 years with different styles of martial arts,i also complete my 15 years of martial arts learning and training under his instruction and experience, from the beginning to end he found passion of martial arts in my self,i have a strong physique by God gifted and i  was most regular in my martial arts club,he work hard with me and train me with his experience and knowledge, i really work hard to make my body strong ,to make my kicks and move perfect with more power and accuracy, i got success in few years my every kick was perfect and with more accuracy and power I specially work hard to build stamina my body even stronger and willpower. In the beginning i was not a good fighter but after some year i won many Champion ships and get  too many prices and awards,in my whole session of martial arts training and learning i totally focused and keep interest to build my self a good fighter.I never ever feel any panic before or during fight, my martial arts style is Bredan Fou this style was found by my Teacher Dr.Rizwan Hussain a great teacher he serve his whole life in martial arts,
I am Black belt 3rd degree i have strong command on all weapon of martial arts,fighting technique, self defense, and to counter strike to my enemy, Now i am running a martial arts club i also continue my game but  i even more work hard with my students, i will try to share with you my experience my technique and free tips and training of martial arts.

I promise to all of my reader and visitor that i will share every thing with you and try to teach you as well as give you benefits with my experience in martial arts.I am sharing all of my exercise technique fighting tips and technique uses of weapons etc.
